Aerial Hoop is a Circus skill which involves a lot of split, twist, and dropping rolls in a metal hoop. It dangles from the ceiling. It may be a single point, or double point. Either way it is really fun! This is an exercise that helps promote ability in Pole as well, some moves are quite similar in body positioning just adjusted to the hoop.
